Stir fry chinese vegetables with oyster sauce

This Chinese dish is easy to make at home
and tastes just like what you get at Yum Cha or Chinese restaurants.

You can use to any vegetables.
Also you can cook the vegetables in boiling water
and pour the sauce on the top.
But I suggest frying the vegetables for crunch tastes.

Ingredients (serve 3)

1 bunches Choi sum dor baby kale, washed
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil

Choi Sum

baby kales

1. Cut the choi sum stems in half lengthways.
2. Combine the oyster sauce, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil
and brown sugar in a small bowl,
and stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Take a large frying pan on the medium hit, pour the vegetable oil.
4. Put the choi sum in the pan and stir well for 3~4 minutes
or until bright green and tender crisp.

5. Drizzle the oyster sauce mixture, stir quickly and serve.
